Pathways For the Future has several goals:

Train-assign-supervise high school students and recent graduates to officiate youth league sports including flag football.

Lead afterschool and summer camps to teach leadership through sports officiating.  

Establish and manage a free (for participants) flag football league in underserved areas.  

Establish and host sports related career Saturday programs for high school students in the Washington DC (DMV) area.

Work with partners to expand flag football officiating program to metro areas outside of the middle atlantic.

Establish and host sports related career summer camps for high school students in the Washington DC (DMV) area, Chicago, Illinois area, and Atlanta, Georgia area.
